ripSPOOL Pocket Field Repair Kit

The ripSPOOL is a compact, refillable field repair kit that packs the essentials for fixing gear, first aid, fire starting and improvised fishing into one pocket-size spool.

What's included:
- Over 50 in of heavy-duty repair tape wound on the body. Patch packs, tents and jackets, wrap a bandage or splint, or burn it as emergency tinder (the tape is flammable).
- Over 60 ft of 30-lb test synthetic braided line inside, for re-stitching gear, lashing or an improvised fishing rig.
- A #16 sail needle held by an O-ring in the spool, so it works as an awl on its own. Pull it out, thread it and sew.
- A 550 FIRECORD lanyard that doubles as cordage and backup tinder.
- Room inside the tape body to store a small fishing kit (not included).

Specs: anodized aluminum body; 3.9 in long; 1.0 in diameter; 0.5 oz (core). Colors: Black, Gunmetal, Blaze Orange, Olive Drab. Refillable with the ripSPOOL Refill Kit. Backed by the maker's lifetime warranty.
