Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is priced incorrectly, unavailable, or appears fraudulent. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

Shipping

Orders ship from USA warehouses under our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered (or after a reasonable number of delivery attempts).

Returns and refunds

Returns follow our Refund policy: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns require customer-paid return shipping unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.

Product information

We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Colors and finishes can vary slightly. Product pages and inventory can change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tech & Survival is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits.
